i constantly deal w ear wax build up every several months & go to my local urgent care to have them flushed. this time i decided to try it at home myself with a manual ear irrigation kit & debrox. i just finished my second day but noticed i now have a ringing in my left ear. the first day w the debrox, my ear got really itchy and i gave in so not sure if that irritated anything. should i continue to try at home or go to urgent care/ent?
