Hi!

To start, here are my stats:
5’3”
SW: 183.6
CW: 157-161 (it jumps like crazy)
GW: 135

Workout routine:
Lower body once a week
Upper body once a week
Orange Theory 3-4 times a week
Average 7,000 steps a day
I sometimes will workout and get 12k+ steps in the same day
I enjoy working out and have 2 rest days a week
Leg press- 280 pounds (only weight I’ve been tracking)

Diet:
I try to stay between 1600-1700 calories a day. 1-2 times a week I find myself around 1800-1950. My daily protein average is 80-90g a day. The only calories I drink is an occasional glass of wine or cocktail which I track in MFP. I’m also not a snacker unless I’m ravenous and raid my fridge at the end of the night. I have been tracking for 406 days.

  1. I know since I am closer to my goal weight it becomes harder to lose. But I am still ~20 pounds away. I need some advice on what to do next.

  2. Maybe it’s body dysmorphia, but is there a noticeable difference between SW and CW? I feel like I still look huge and have a really hard time seeing my progress.
