I have to say I was VERY hesitant to get on Trybe. I thought it was basically just TikTok shop for Meta, and I had no interest in doing that. But, I had a brand reach out and asked me to get on there, and I thought I need to give this a try because I do think the market is headed in this direction.

I got my first sample on October 1st, and I submitted my first set of videos that day. The company was running ads on the videos on the 2nd, and I made my first $10 dollars (it's the very first little blip you see). Now when I say videos, these are not full blown UGC videos. For this company (not saying all companies it's like this), it was a simple 15 second video that I then changed the text hook to make 6 different videos. So while I'm making a lot of videos, the effort to make them is low. I'm probably spending about 1-2 hours a day making videos. This is my earnings from the 2nd through today (but I should still make more today).

I truly see Trybe as a partnership, IF you find the right brand. The brands need to put ad spend behind your video, and if they do, and you can make converting videos, you will do well on this app. I have not found the magic secret of finding the good brands. I do think I lucked out in that regard because I have signed up for another brand who hasn't approved my videos in 4 days...so my suggestion is to get a sample make a video and see if they run it as an ad. If they don't, move on. If they do, make more videos.

I don't know if you will believe me because honestly I didn't believe the posts I was seeing where people said they were making money on it. But I wanted to share because I was wrong, and there are really good brands on there, and if you can find them you can make some money.

The best part of this too is if your kid wants to watch The Friendship Adventure, they can send in questions to the author, and the author will answer them or your kids can watch our interviews already with the other two authors.
