NotMilk and NotCo products are the tastiest I have found
I am allergic to all dairy products, which I finally self-diagnosed at age 30. Now at age 71, I have found a not-dairy milk product that tastes as close to dairy milk as I have ever tasted. It is called NotMilk. I could easily find it in Ecuador, as it is a S American product. It is much more difficult to find in the US. But I see that Instacart has it, for a price. Hope this helps for some to transition away from milk. (My mother was a dairy science major & her father a Dutch cheesemaker! I was fed LOTS of dairy as a child and no mother's milk, so that may be why.)
