Payoneer keeps rejecting my proof of address, and I can’t properly contact support
Hi everyone.
I’m stuck at the final step of Payoneer registration, where I need to upload proof of residential address.
I can only provide bank documents, so I have already submitted documents from different banks several times, all showing my address. The latest document I submitted was an official bank statement. It includes my personal details, address, issue date, bank information, and official formatting. As I understand, it should meet their requirement for “Bank/credit card statement or account confirmation letter,” but the document was still rejected.
The address in the bank statement and the address in my Payoneer registration are actually the same, but it may be written in a slightly different format. The problem is that I cannot go back to previous registration steps to edit the address, and I also cannot delete my current registration progress to start over.
Another issue is that I cannot use Live Chat or Call Us in the Contact Customer Care section because those options require logging into the account. When I log in, Payoneer redirects me to the unfinished registration page, where it asks me to upload documents again. If I go back to the support page, the system shows me as logged out again. So the only available support option for me is Send Message. I also cannot check the status of my support requests, because that requires logging in again, and after logging in I get redirected back to the unfinished registration page.
I am now contacting Payoneer support for the third time and attaching the same bank statement that the system keeps rejecting, asking them to review it manually, because I still haven’t received any response after more than a week.
Has anyone dealt with this issue before? Is there any way to get a manual document review or unlock the address editing step during registration?
Any advice would be appreciated.
