I have a quick question about the dough program (#8 on Cuisinart CBK-110 Compact). I was using the Dough program #8 on my machine that lasts 1:30 to make make pizza dough. My machine starts out with mixing/kneading the dough for a full 25 minutes. After that it rests for 20 minutes before a quick knead and a final rise.

Is my machine working the same as other machines on the dough program? Twenty-five minutes seems an excessive amount of kneading to stat off.
