To whom it may concern, I am addressing YOU AND THE WHOLE Dev TEAM.

For the last 7 months, Everytime something comes back into the store that I previously engaged with, I AM CONSISTENTLY GETTING DUPLICATE ITEMS THAT I ALREADY OWN. Here's the fun part, even though it clearly states I AM GUARANTEED NOT 2 GET A PREVIOUSLY OBTAINED ITEM/CHARACTER ETC...

I am refunded the duplicate item CP COST but it AUTOMATICALLY TAKES ME FURTHER INTO THE DRAWS COST WISE.

For instance, duplicate for example of 120 is refunded to me but then for the next draw I am put into a higher tier DRAW.

In all fairness I have brought this matter up twice but whenever I receive a response, I am required to explain the issue/matter in details with screenshots and my details plus an actual screen recording of the above. Funny thing is the chat option only allows you 2 upload a clip of MAXIMUM OF 5MB. Then I am told this is not something they could help me with because nobody is actually doing some good honest work.

All in all I patiently await your response.
