Left pills in hot car trunk for three hours

I need someone’s help regarding having left wegovy pills in my backpack in the trunk while vacationing in Mexico. It was over 100 F outside air temperature (extremely hot), so I’m sure the trunk got much hotter but it was parked in partial shade but the car was extremely hot when we got in. Hims won’t replace the medication till June 1st about two weeks from when it happened. Does anyone know what else I can do? Out of pocket is too expensive and insurance needs at least two weeks to review and approve a prior authorization from my doctor for the two week damaged medication replacement. Again, these were the pills, NOT the pens. What can I do to fill in that two week gap ? I’m just taking the pills that were left out right now bc I don’t have any other options. I’ve exhausted all avenues I can think of.
