Hey guys, broke a chair when eating out tonight. This is the slap in the face I needed to start losing weight.

I’m a male in my late 20s, 5’8” and 115kg/253lbs. I don’t workout, I just sit on my ass all day and do nothing. I’ve been paying for a gym membership for a while but now I’m actually going to use it.

Would love some safe diets that would suit full body workouts in order to lose weight and gain muscle if anyone has recommendations or advice?
