Applied for a handyman job and there process required me to do a skill test at the owner house to prove I'm capable. They told me I'll will be paid and now ghosted.
I was told to go to the owner's house and they had a few tasks for me to do. I did all except one that I didn't feel safe which was masonry work due to the height around 20ft I guess that upset him. I'm ghosted and they won't pay me for the material around $500 that they said they will reimburse. They complimented my work and I thought I would get the job
