I’ve been trying to get out of the habit of buying the same green and black teas over and over, so I’ve been experimenting with oolong. One of the ones I picked up was the honey scented oolong from PiPi Tea and it ended up being much more my taste than I expected. There’s a warm roasted flavor to it but it isn’t super heavy or bitter. What I like most is the light honey aroma that comes through toward the end. It gives the tea a slightly sweet feel without covering up the oolong itself, so I’ve been drinking it completely plain.
