I recently got accepted to the Albany Utica ABSN program to start this fall 2026 and am wondering when exactly the drug test is before the start of the program and if THC was included? I have a medical marijuana card and have been using nightly for years due to nightmares/PTSD, but I’ve stopped about a month ago as I’m assuming there will be a drug test soon. This is something that has saved my mental health for years, and my doctor is now recommending anti-psychotics since stopping which im hesitant about. Would having a medical card would make any difference when tested for school? And how much notice is usually given before the test? Thank you so much 😔🙏🏻
