tried surboard central and can't get change through of modem password change. tried l92 pages and they no longer seem to work 192.268.0.1. tech support gave me two years at arris and now expired. how can i get this pswd changed?
help. can't pass setup and think cd. be modem password which is 12 digits which mite not work with google standards. now at arris surfboard can't change the password on the network manager page. very stuck. the 192 page for that product doesn't work? my two years of free tech support on modem ran out. will cust. service at arris surb. change a password for free. any insights on the home speaker getting stuck at password durng setup.

Want to change password on arris sbg8300 modem from all numbers to a mix of numbers, letter, uper case letter to pass thru settings on google home speaker with gemni as it gets blocked at password. Arris Surfboard Central software lets me change the modem password but then it doesnt go through.
