Got a quote, he said he quoted it at 20 squares. It’s two two layers, and the back is a bit simpler and lower pitch.

$13,500 not including if it needs resheeted, and he spitballed maybe $1500 for that if it needed it.

Not sure how old the roof is, but I’ve been here 12 years and the guy I bought it from was here for 10 and he didn’t know how long it had been on.

Any thoughts?
