Recently diagnosed

I had a lip biopsy done which was positive for Sjögren’s.

My main symptoms are lightheadedness, nausea, fatigue, and temperature fluctuations also intolerance to the heat and the cold. I have a baseline 5/10 and roughly 70+ triggers (physical mental exertion, weather, stress ect) make the severity increase.

My diagnoses are:

Demyelinating Disease of the Central Nervous System

Disorder of Brain

Central Sensitization

Progressive Brain Volume Loss (44th to the 12th percentile)

Positive Oligoclonal Bands in CSF (8 bands)

Bilateral Hyperreflexia with Clonus

Dysautonomia

Chronic Limited Autonomic Neuropathy

Hyperadrenergic Dysautonomia

Autonomic Cardiovascular Instability

Persistent Postural-Perceptual Dizziness

Postviral Fatigue Syndrome

Generalized Anxiety Disorder

Panic Disorder

Social Anxiety Disorder

Somatic Symptom Disorder

Lupus Anticoagulant Positive

My psychiatrist says this is a medical problem and I have anxiety because of it.

Would Sjögren’s explain my 8 year medical problems??

Thanks
