I-485 Denial - What To Do Next

Hello to anyone and everyone who reads this. Just wanna have this posted to get some guidance of what to do next.

I (U.S citizen, 26) have a mother (non-immigrant status) who got her I-485 denied after 3+ years of waiting. Although I have seen people having great hopes in getting their cases re-open and succeeding, I, as much as I really pray and hope the same, have this deep feeling that it won't go that same way for her. It's going to be hard because we just bought a new, first home together and me having my first real job (not a good earning job).

She is preparing to be removed from the States within ~25 days, but with this house and just high mortgage, I am unsure of what to do next and wanting to keep this home. Of course, I wanna do better and I have no other relatives in the U.S, yet in the mean time need to make sure I am in a stable condition to keep this home as much as I can before other transitions occur in my life.

If anyone has suggestions, let me know! I am sure others have similar experiences and feeling heartbroken. But maybe God made it this way for a reason.
