These two trucks just whipped onto my street at super speed and quickly got into position. The guy reversed into my neighbor’s driveway and then hopped out and directed the other truck forward. The house was recently renovated, but the owner hasn’t moved in yet.

All the lights started flashing in the house, and there was a deep electrical hum that lasted for a minute or so. It’s calmed down, but the trucks are still there and completely unrelated to the person (Savannah port police) who is not there. What could be happening??
