How come, out of all the Harbingers, the only ones that get fucked are the female ones?

Signora got killed with little to no reason and got fuck all since her death
Arlecchino got washed from being the actual child groomer and all of the bad things about "The Knave" was about Crucabena (not an actual character just an excuse to not make Arlecchino evil)
Columbina is Columbina
Sandrone got reduced to an unfunny joke routine with Columbina like Alhaitham was with Kaveh, and her MAIN ATRACTION that was the "small girl with big robot" cliche is also gone.

Meanwhile:

Childe is perfectly fine, with the game's lore constantly insinuating that he's more important than any other character other than the main character.
Scaramouche got his whole character arc, multiple animations, 2 whole quests dedicated to him and he still has his personality intact.
Dottore is basically the face of the organization by now (this is not a good thing overall, The Tsaritsa should be it, but they refuse to show her) and he gets to be unapologetically himself from his first introduction in 2018 to his "end" in now
Capitano is the most affected of the male characters, but he gets to be an antagonist for a while and to keep: his personality, his looks, his aura. He gets a proper animation dedicated to him during his triumphant moment, what did Signora get again?
Pantalone shows up for the first time and he gets to keep being the person that was insinuated in the Pale Flame artifact.
