Like I can have the best intentions, sit down at my desk, have everything I need open. And then nothing. My brain just refuses to engage with anything after a certain point in the evening.
The frustrating thing is I keep thinking "I'll do it tonight" and then 9pm hits and suddenly I'm doing literally anything else. Reorganising files. Reading things I don't need to read. Staring at the wall.
Morning sessions are completely different for me but my schedule makes them hard to protect. Curious if other people have found a way around this or if it's just about accepting that some hours are useless and planning around them instead.
