Hi everyone,
I’m a female student and I’ve never really lived away from my parents or travelled alone before. I didn’t get IT OC in my state, so I’ll have to go to a neighbouring state for the 1 month training.

Honestly, I’m feeling pretty anxious about it. It’s not even just the classes, it’s more about staying alone, travelling, managing everything myself, safety, homesickness, etc.

People around me are saying it’ll be a good experience and help me become independent, but right now it just feels overwhelming.

If anyone here went through something similar during OC/articleship/college, how was your experience? Any tips for managing the anxiety or things I should prepare beforehand? Would really appreciate some advice or reassurance 😭
