My husband is relocating for work and I'm on the market for an MLT job.
I got an offer for an MLT position with Adventist Health and the recruiter said I'd have 3 weeks PTO and ten unpaid holidays. When I asked the recruiter to explain, they said that I would have to use my own PTO for holidays...so I probably only get one week a year PTO then, or work all the holidays. Is this normal or just Adventist Health?
The recruiter was off-shore and new and I had a difficult time understanding their accent.
My current job offers 3 weeks PTO + eight paid holidays. I thought paid holidays are normal?
