Was looking through the database and saw him, I would LOVE to buy him but as far as I can tell he isn’t for sale anywhere? Is he unreleased or forever stuck in basic fun’s basement?

So I inherited this axolotl from my friends aunt who passed away. Her husband was originally going to just throw the axolotl in the creek, so I told my friend I’d pay him to take the poor thing. So now I have an axolotl.
I have lots of fish, tanganykan cichlids, an Oscar, a turtle, a betta, and even a leopard gecko, but I’ve never cared for an axolotl. I picked up some frozen brine shrimp and daphnia from the store yesterday so I’d have food for him.
The tank he came in is a 20 long, which I now know is not the ideal size for him but it’s probably what he’ll have to stay in for a while till I get my own place. In the mean time he’s got 2 sponge filters (one from his old tank, one from one of my empty established 10 gallons) and a bubbler running. The only decoration I took from his old tank is one fake plant because it was the only semi natural looking one (the rest were all neon and tacky) but I added some limestone, river rock , and some mopani wood from the same 10 gallon the filter came from. I planted some rotala and one Anubias to see how he dies with plants.
My Ph is *very* low (about 6.5) so I added the limestone and I’m going to try and dose some baking soda but I’m not sure what else to do about that.
I just need some general care advice, and also does he look too skinny? They didn’t know how old he is but he seems very small to me.
