Bottling and sediment
This post is in response to a couple of posts I've seen recently.
The first pictures are from when I bottled this batch in January 2025 (pitched yeast October, racked twice, at about the one and two month marks). Bottled after about 3.
I was really happy with the clarity when I bottled. I was still happy when I gave away several bottles as Christmas/New Year gifts to my team mates at work.
This is the last bottle from this batch, and don't get me wrong, I'm very much looking forward to cracking it open and tasting it, especially given the feedback I had three months ago. But I am seeing now the benefit of longer term aging in bulk before rushing to get it into bottles
