Does this Black Eyed Susan have Aster Yellows?
Can anyone confirm if this is something harmless or is it Aster Yellows? I have a bed of Black Eyed Susans but this is the only flower with this type of growth. I'm confused because this flower appears normal and healthy in every other way compared to the pictures of affected flowers I've seen online. I don't want to pull it if this is something abnormal but safe.
