What to do in the city or nearby within 24 hours

26 M. I'll be traveling there for some work which will be done till evening 4 pm max and I am leaving the city the next day at 6 pm so kind of 24 hours I have to travel.

I have already travelled to temples in and around kolapur so I am more interested in trekking or some kind of camping activity but I want to be very near kolhapur Or any kind of activity at night is preferable as I am a night owl.

Please suggest some things.

Thanks to that unknown girls who saved Us.

I am from Maharashtra and I am here to say a thank you to the beautiful people of Tripura who did something I can never forget.

So the thing is yesterday around 4 am me and my gf were going towards her hometown for a function. We left our home and taken a uber to go to the busstand and in the middle the tyre got punctured and the Uber driver said he didn't have any spare so he was not able to change now and didn't charge us anything.

We decided to do another uber and in that area no uber was showing at all and after sometime we decided it's not happening let's find 2 different rickshaw as we had bags which can't be fitted in 1 . We started to look but 15 min we were not able to find it and suddenly a group of drunk men came and started to look towards my gf and did some bad signs but as they were 5 of them my gf calmed me down and said let it and all. After sometime I also got triggered and I told them to say to your mom after going home the same.

The moment I said this they got super angry and was about to come to beat me then 3 girls stopped who were in security in some company and they were going from night duty. They saw something was wrong here so they stopped. They had lathi so the first man who came towards me before he reached this woman slammed her stick to his back . Then one of those young girls said we are from the army so don't dare to do anything. The moment they heard the army they left immediately.

It didn't stop here and these lovely ladies helped us find a rickshaw in which we put our luggage and we sat on their scooters and went to the busstand.

Sadly when we reached the busstand our bus was leaving so I was not able to take their number or know their names or anything. Just by the short conversation I had with them I understood all of them were from tripura and I said them thank you i don't know maybe 100 times while I was behind this girl but not able to give something to them for this bravery. So I felt at least I needed to tell how brave and fearless my tripura sisters were there and because of them we are safe today.

Really thanks for raising such a wonderful human beings.

I want to be part of Night travel or night trekking or night chilling activities around pune

26 M . I have been doing night shifts for a few years now and till now I was busy on weekends as I was working remotely from my native but now I have moved to pune and end of jun I went to matheran for a trek and due to lack of sleep I had to face very severe headache so much so that I was admitted to hospital for few days.

I know very less people frankly in my office as I work remotely and I love to go out a lot but I decided I'll never ever think again to compromise on my sleep but then how to travel in night is something which I am thinking from long time.

Just want to ask how you guys who work in night shift manage your travel hobbies with night shift? Any group or something is there in pune which regularly travel on weekends in and around pune in night? I don't own any bike or car and due to my medical issue I am not driving it as well so other then bikers and riders anyone I am ok to go with.

Just I am tired of sitting in home specially when the weather is so beautiful.

How you guys enjoy?

I have been working in a night shift for the last 5 years and during weekends I used to work in my hotel at night. Now I sold that hotel and my weekends are going without doing anything.

I am used to sleeping till 5 pm. What do you guys do generally in these situations?
