Charge on solar is still broken both pictures at the exact same time

So our “Charge on Solar” seems to be broken.
Once we plug in either of our Tesla’s into the TWC the charge on solar starts for a few minutes, then stops and says paused for Powerwall priority even though the 3 Powerwalls are full, SCE allows grid charging too. It worked perfectly until the last update now I have to unpair the charge on solar feature. Is anyone else having this issue.

What is the maximum charge speed when on “charging on solar” does anyone know for sure? Currently (pun intended) getting 22 mi/hr
