Let me preface this… since I started making cookies from this community, I can’t trust the google machine to provide me with a SOLID cookie recipe anymore.

Anyone got a tried, tested and true recipe for a decent ricotta cookie? I’ve never had them before but someone at my job talked em up and now I’m curious.
