how to make windows accessible for children?

I want my environment in my room to be more child-sized. It’s hard when the windows are 5 feet in the air. My day consists of picking up children when we reference things outside or just if they want to see (the windows lead to the playground and they love to watch other children playing) Is there something I buy or build to make them accessible?

Parent is desperate for us to keep his kid up during nap

He claims his kid stays up too late when he naps the 2 hours. We told him he does not have to sleep but he needs to lay on his sleeping bag and per state law, we can’t wake him up if he falls asleep. His solution is to have us keep him up for an hour while everyone sleeps then put him to bed. I told him I’m not doing that. I told him that even though it seems low maintenance for me to keep him up, it actually hinders me when I could be cleaning or prepping. He literally begged me, pleading “please work with me here.” This man is also a member of the board, which means he is in a higher position than me to make decisions about the center. I wanted to tell him that he could pay me for an hour of work for me to do keep his kid up, that way I can be compensated for the hour of cleaning and preparation time that I would have to do off-clock. My coworker told me I should instead just lie and say I do keep him up for the extra hour. Well I did and continued with nap per usual but told the parent I accommodated. At pick-up time, he thanks me so much but his kid is now going to bed at a reasonable time.
