I'm not really concerned about the situation of the job (long story short: ppl hired me thinking I was a support person instead of a standard developer). The thing is: I know I have to be calm, get a routine and I won't be able to hold all my bills for some time, but for the last two weeks and right now the flares are getting so heavy that I wanna at least cut myself. I'm afraid and I don't know how to make this slow down now. Utmost that's the moment I feel most alone my entire life and it hurts so much.

Do you have any protocol for dealing with the flares? I don't have nobody close to me right now :/
