Risk of redundancy plan
Hi. My company is looking to make 25% of staff redundant (100+). I've been told I'm at risk. Consultations will start at the end of the month and should last at least 30 days with individual consultations happening afterwards. Should I start looking for and applying for jobs now (knowing that I'll still likely be working until July) or should I start applying a little bit later considering that I'm not 100% going to be made redundant?
Thank you in advance
Edit: There have been mixed suggestions but looking/applying now seems to be the most common. Thank you for your responses
