I’m in the process of divorce and I plan on attending OCIA this fall. I don’t have a church I belong to and i am wondering if my marriage even has grounds for annulment.
I’ll start by saying I was a truly wretched man and it took my flaws being thrown in my face to bring me to the Jesus.
Anyway.
When I entered marriage I hoped it would last but I always knew divorce was something I could pursue.
During our engagement I had an inappropriate relationship with one of her friends that I hid from my soon to be wife.
I acted on some of the impulses in that relationship before and immediately following the wedding.
There is a whole laundry list of horrible things I had hidden from her leading up to before we were married.
We were both baptized but basically non religious and were married in a field by a fried who officiated.
Based on just this do you think there is any grounds?
