Hello folks,

I have two offers & confused which one to join in

EY GDS - Manager M1, Power and utilities.

KPMG Global service - Manager (Asset Management), Infrastructure and climate advisory team

KPMG is offering 10% higher on fixed than EY GDS.

But I need suggestions on which one shall I join considering WLB, opportunities,Work culture, growth etc.
