As the title suggests I’ve had some trouble adjusting straight needles. I work in plasma so I don’t use them everyday.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Hey y’all I’ve worked in plasma for years (my only Phleb experience) where we use swab sticks to sterilize the VP site. I use the back of the swab to visually mark veins. I, however, am thinking about leaving plasma and would like to be less dependent of this strategy. If that makes sense.

With that being said, how do y’all remember where veins are/their direction (without marking)? Or am I just crazy and what I’m doing is normal?
