Need genuine help and advice.Going through mental trauma

Hi guys I need your help and genuine advice. I am really in big trouble and have mental trauma. I have been working in T*S for the last 2.5 years(As of May 2026).I joined TCS in Oc 2023 and passed out in 2023.Below is the timeline of events

March 2026 :-One of the female teammate (X) asked my manager about her interest in Hils testing.so my manager(Y) agreed and she along with one other person (1 year senior than me came from Japan in March 2026 )(A) started taking Hils KT from another team mate(B).Since this female teammate started taking Hils KT ahe got 'A' band

This was the time around band and rating is usually given.

B asked for release from the project since he wanted location change and was frustrated about 10 hour strict timing.

He was a high performer and recorded every work he did so he got 'A' band and he deserved that.

In April I got my second band which is 'B' and my first year band in the project was 'A'.

After that I asked my manager why my band had been downgraded he said don't do this much about this .Only if you get 'C or 'D' band you should think . Basically he tried to divert the topic by saying irrelevant things about ex teammate(bla bla bla).I also asked him Now I am unsure about my current role in the team. said my skills are not growing in the current project.I want to do work in RTOS but I am not doing development work which I like. He said we have kept you for development work only and AUTOSAR related projects are going to come soon .We are working on that.

Now 3 members were selected for AUTOSAR training and I was excluded when I asked about this he said after giving 2 months of training to these people my training will start.

He also said since we think you and female teammate (X) have good grasping power for this initial training we didn't suggested your names .After 2 months training for both of you will start

Meanwhile due to allocation and budget issue one of my senior members got released.He has 10 years of experience .He was working in development and he was the person who knew in and out of project.

I got the signals that the project is going to end or they might reallocate (as other 3 people will start taking 2 months of AUTOSAR training from 1st June 2026)

On Friday 15th March he asked me to came in cabin and said what are your release plans . I didn't ask for release he asking me to get release.I said if there is budget issues please release me.

On Tuesday 19th March 2026 i messaged him on teams .he was on leave and was traveling.

He said we can't releas you right now .So I asked what happen in 2 days because of which you cant release me right now .He said this is management order.He said if you wanted release you should have asked in Jan so that we could have given you 'C' or 'D' band and could have released you .He is playing game with my career .Since when band and release is connected.Band is given based on performance.

Female teammate also asked for release and he is ready to give release to her.She played really beautiful game .She took KT of Hils and projected she is a critical asset.HILS testing is really important in my project,now she got 'A' band and also just by crying in front of my manager she was able to secure release from the project .

What should I do in this case because i can't focus on job switching studies and also not able to do work in office because despite working hard in 2nd year my band is downgraded and I don't have any motivation left now .

Should I connect with my onsite manager.He is the person who is the main project leader.This offshore and onsite lead have good connection though.
