I recently got my hand on the HDFC biz black Metal CC which is on a diners network so naturally acceptance of this card in a lot of places reduces

Now I use credit cards for business spends meta and google spend which I am unable to now because they don’t accept Dinners card (please suggest if there is an alternate way in which I can use my biz black for this )

I am Considering getting an ad-on (floater )card for by business spends

Amazon purchases
Meta ads
Google ads
Dining etc

Need help with a good HDFC Ad-on card
