First ATV Trip (mostly) a Success

I bought a Honda Foreman 500 and took it on my first ATV Trip to the Pocahontas and Indian Ridge systems of the Hatfield McCoy trails. 1.5 great days of riding right up until my CV joint grenaded itself. Thankfully, I was able to drive it back to our cabin. All in all, a great first trip!

Picture for attention - from The Appalachian Journey earlier this year

I've been rocking a Giant Contend AR for the past few years and am eyeing up my next bike. My current frame maxes out with 40s so that's primarily what's driving my desire for an upgrade. I think I could get by with a max of 45.

I'm looking for recommendations for a fast gravel bike that would probably be my primary road bike as well. If money weren't an object, I'd be getting a Cannondale Super X. Unfortunately, that's about twice my budget. So, I'm looking for recommendations under $5k for a fast bike with decent clearance.

Top considerations are:

-Lauf Seigla

- Salsa Flyway

-Giant Revolt Adv

-Scott Addict

I'm open to basically anything, but am a bit scared of Canyon from what I've seen on this sub. Appreciate any recommendations!

Planning a trip to Bramwell WV in a few weeks. I think we'll primarily stay on the green and blues in the Pocahontas system but could see us pushing up into Indian Ridge. This is the first ATV trip for us so we're going in pretty blind.

I have no idea how much distance we'll cover, so I'm trying to figure out what makes sense for a half day of riding on Friday and a full day on Saturday.

I'll be on a 500cc Honda Foreman if that's helpful. If you happen to have any routes, that would be even better! Thanks in advance!
