I basically have zero experience and knowledge about cameras, but I want to buy one, please help me with recommendations!

• Country: Saudi Arabia
• Condition: I don’t mind if mildly used
• Type of Camera: any, I have no idea
• Intended use: photography mainly, but would love if I can take videos as well.
• If photography; what style: portrait, landscape
• If video what style: vlogging
• What features do you absolutely need:
• Portability: i want it to fit a handbag
• Cameras you're considering: I was considering Nikon Coolpix aw100 but turns out it’s very old and hard to find
• Cameras you already have: -
• Notes: I would love if it has flashlight and filters.
