Any news regarding what’s happening at the old Indian Roller lot? The announcement Cosmic would move in was during the tail end of 2023. The location (8 acres IIRC) was prime for conversion to a Cosmic down there, and it appeared they were building out the trellis yard in line with the blueprints, but now there’s a “for sale” sign out front?
