I am organizing a group of families who are travelling to the Fajardo area and staying on a large property next January. I'm scoping food options for us:

I started by looking at private chefs, but the pricing seems very expensive for a multi day vacation.

My group would rather an abuela who can make huevos con chorizo and some cut fruit or arroz con pollo and mofongo than something fancy. I don't even know where to start finding help for a 'not chef.'

Does anyone have any experience organizing something like this on the east side of the Island? Any service providers you have worked with who were good?
