Payed £45 for it, man in the shop said it was Ukrainian but I honestly haven’t a clue

Yea I found this guy floating around on eBay, can’t say I’ve seen it before.
Not sure if it’s real or not because it’s coming from China but it’s listed as surplus,
Can anyone ID this mask?

Mask: Belgium BEM 4
This mask is so cool, got it for around £70 including £8 delivery so really I got it for £62 but we move on from extortionate delivery prices.

Okay so, I bought a GSR to complete my Avon part of the shelf and a CM-5D in the bottom. Both masks cost me a fortune.. got a BEM 4 coming as well at some point this week but honestly don’t know where to put it.
