I recently graduated and I will start my first job tomorrow as an Instrumentation & Calibration Engineer in the pharma industry. My duties will focus mainly on instrumentation, but it will also involve some control and PLC's. This is my first job in the field, and I do not have prior experience.

I’m a recent systems engineering graduate from Iraq. I have been looking for a job for a while but with no success, as there are very few, if any, jobs available, and even the available jobs require experience, which I don’t have.
Given that, I started cold-emailing companies, HR managers, recruiting agencies, etc., asking whether there are any available positions and submitting my resume with the email.
Just waiting for a company to post a job vacancy does not make any sense currently.
I have sent over 50 emails; 2 said they didn’t have any openings, and 2 were affirmations of CV receipt; that is all out of the +50 emails.
What are the other options that I can try to get an interview and find a job?
Any advice is highly appreciated.
* To make things better, my LinkedIn account got restricted for some reason. I have been trying to regain access, but with no success.
Edit: I have 1.5 YoE, but in another field that is not related to the field that I want to get into, so I didn't mention it.
