i was looking at a post from a deleted account and there's no way for me to contact the owner and find out the brand, anybody here happen to know it?? pls help

i've seen her a couple times before, but never in good enough pictures to get a brand name or even be able to accurately reverse image search it. apologies for the low quality photo, it's the best one i could find less
