Laptop running hot....
It seems my laptop runs hot just with Chome open. Granted I have the Fidelity Trader site open on the one page so it's probably updating all the time but I'd really like to be able to keep Chrome open without worrying about long term issues with running my hardware so hot. Any ideas? I can hear fan spinning up when it reaches these temps and it cycles down when they are closer to 60-80c. It's an HP Envy with 16 RAM. Do I simply need a new laptop? If it was a PC I would open it up and apply more thermal paste and make sure it's dust free but a laptop is likely more involved and I'm not sure I want to go there. Thoughts?
