So we were heading to Pluckers, pulled in the parking lot (Research and Burnet) and saw this place and decided to try it instead (yea quite a bit different).

Anyway, the place is quite small, and even on a Tuesday many of the normal tables filled up.

I decided to go with what is probably the safest thing on the menu, P3, chicken broth with everything. It was extremely hearty, the noodles tasted very fresh, with tons of chicken. If you want something different, give this place a whirl: https://tensecondsaustin.com/
