it’s so obnoxiously painful and itchy and I don’t know what to help other than staying on meds. Also scared of how long it will take to heal… do you think it’s possible to not have major scarring from this? And any tips on going stir crazy… I use to workout daily and it was the only thing to keep me sane and now I can’t even go out in the sun according to doctor for recovery let alone working out yet. What’s it that you do to stay sane?
