Putting myself out there. I'm a Business Accounting student pursuing my CPA, with ~1.5 years of practical experience as a Staff Accountant and bookkeeper. Applying to junior accounting and bookkeeping roles in the GTA but getting mixed results.

Specific questions for anyone who hires or has hired for entry-level accounting:

• Would this resume get you to pick up the phone?
• What would make you toss it?
• What's missing that you'd expect to see at this level?
