Utilizing my underinsured bodily injury policy.
Was in a wreck last week. Fault was determined to be other driver 100%. I have a displaced pisiform fracture of my wrist and torn rotator cuff on left arm. Geico says I will max out the 25k bodily injury policy for the other driver and I need to open UIM claim with my own insurance. I have 50k, which I know means theres another 25k to possibly tap into. Any advice or tips moving forward?
