Hello Seniors who have passes their 4th yr. I am chennai campus student, just finished with my 3rd yr. I was unable to get internship in 3rd yr from college. I have good DSA skills and cgpa above 9 with CSE CORE branch.

My ques is that is it true that big companies (like citi bank >30lpa , microsoft >40lpa, etc) come in 3rd yr only get to hire interns then they convert interns to full-time. Like what are now the chances of me getting a good salary package without any premium internship and entirely focusing on placements season.

Please help me and guide me. If there are any specific companies name which come for full-time hiring pls name them so i can prepare specifically for them.
