Fractured Ankle
Fractured ankle.. work has paid me the whole time.. everything has gone as well as I can expect.. I've been in PT now and slowly progressing.. im seated work mostly and go back in june assume they will put me on light duty then?
im worried about my long term health regarding this injury.. dr told me its displaced but only 1mm.. that sounds like pain/trouble walking as I age to me.
I am not worried about a pay out amount would like to keep my long term medical open after this is said and done due to future concerns.
How likely will the company oblige this request? I also would like to keep working for the company. I have not felt I need to hire a lawyer because of what I stated eariler (no time missed, no denials from insurance). Any insites would help.
