I don’t know if anyone else here has experienced this, but I started noticing certain periods of my life had very similar energy around them. Some days everything just clicked naturally. Other days felt mentally heavy no matter how hard I pushed through them.

A while back I started tracking my Personal Day numbers against my actual day to day life out of curiosity, and some of the patterns were honestly hard to ignore. Not saying numbers control life or anything like that. I just think there might be more rhythm and cycles to people than we realize.

Has anyone else here tracked their numbers long enough to notice repeating patterns?
